Committed and Local

At Regency Cleaning we maintain a very strong and proactive relationship with our clients. We only work in the West Midlands and thus do not suffer the logistical problems associated with a national cleaning contractor. We have 15 years experience in the local business community and have built a strong reputation for providing quality service at competitive prices.

Machinery and chemicals

We only use recognised quality machinery and cleaning products selected specifically for your location, however, we would provide any specific household brand products that you may prefer.

Health & Safety

The Safety of our employees has always been of prime importance to Regency Cleaning Services. Prior to commencement of contract a complete risk assessment would be carried out to ensure a safe method of working for all our operatives.

Part of the operative's induction training programme would cover all standard Health & Safety procedures along with any specific requirements relating to your premises.

A copy of all Health & Safety documentation including COSHH data sheets and Portable Appliance Test results (PAT) would be made available as controlled document copies to our clients for their own records.

We would also request a copy of your own Health & Safety manuals and specifically copies of your sub contractor Health & Safety procedures manual.

Training

Before commencing cleaning duties all new and transferred staff will be subject to Regency Cleaning Services Introduction Programme which includes an assessment of current skills. All staff would then be trained appropriately in relation to the duties required and re assessed periodically to ensure that we have the necessary skills deployed on site at all times.

Supervision

Our area supervisor will stay in close contact with your nominated representative and will attend regular prearranged review meetings. At varying times throughout the cleaning operation the area supervisor will attend site to ensure all staff are performing their duties and maintaining high standards of work and conforming to all Health & Safety procedures, particularly the deployment of Wet Floor and Cleaning In Progress signs.

Relief Staff

For notified periods of staff absence due to long term sickness or holidays, relief staff will be provided. For absence with no notice relief staff will also be provided as soon as possible but no later than the following working day. Alternatively, other staff on site would work over time to complete all duties. When or if we are prevented from working overtime we would operate a priority system of cleaning i.e high risk, hygiene and prestigious areas to be cleaned first followed by as necessary cleaning in other areas.
