We also believe in quality staff development and have recently commenced training our staff to NVQ level

Training
Before commencing cleaning duties all new and transferred staff will be subject to Regency’s Cleaning Introduction Programme, which includes an assessment of current skills. All staff would then be trained appropriately in relation to the duties required and re assessed periodically to ensure that we have the necessary skills deployed on site at all times
Supervision
Our area supervisor will stay in close contact with your nominated representative and will attend regular prearranged review meetings. At varying times throughout the cleaning operation the area supervisor will attend site to ensure all staff are performing their duties and maintaining high standards of work and conforming to all Health & Safety procedures, particularly the deployment of Wet Floor and Cleaning In Progress signs
Regency Cleaning Group also use IQTimecard for time and attendance of staff which clocks hours worked on each site and ensures that all sites are covered for the hours scheduled.
